Went to LL tonight for my usual Thursday night session. Was hoping Alison was teaching, but she was unfortunately absent. Lucky enough, her substitute Sherri, was a refreshing new voice to my practice. No amazing feats tonight, but I did almost lose control of myself during shavasana.
