Had such a beautiful run this morning. Got up this morning at 5am, drove down to Montecito...so excited to run on the reach. Met B there, for old times. We did an easy 5 mile out & back, all on the beach...all as the sun rose. Afterwards, we took off our shoes & jumped into the ocean. Such a serene place.
