It turns out that I am a much weaker person than I thought. But as my yoga teacher, Ali, told me today...we are all just seeds who will blossom over & over & over again.

Yoga was great tonight, sat next to my yoga crush. The most wonderful thing about yoga is that you are constantly constantly learning. The class flew by tonight & felt really refreshing.
